Weekday Bistro has been on summer vacation. We took some time off to recharge and seek inspiration. There’s nothing like a break from your normal routine to help you feel revitalized and ready to take on life’s challenges. Hopefully, everyone gets  a chance to take a small break this summer. This month the menus include fresh spring vegetables including the featured vegetable of the month, artichokes. Every menu option will make you feel like celebrating Spring. March Menu

Spring is in the air. The sun is out and signs of growth are everywhere. This month the menu is as new as the blooms bursting from the trees. The featured vegetable of the month is celerac (also known as Celery Root). It will be served with our grilled lamb and roast garlic chicken.
