Weekday Bistro is getting ready to celebrate a new milestone. This website will soon be a thing of the past. The new and improved website will be here soon along with a few new features. More on that later. For now, I have made a few changes to the menu and how it’s presented. I’ve decided to offer a more consistent and smaller menu for weeknight meals. This relates to some of the changes underway that, I hope, will help make the service even more valuable to you. Weekday Bistro has been developing a mix of hearty winter soups that eat like a meal and satisfy every palate. One change that is effective immediately is that you do not have to order any of our soups 24 hours in advance. If you want a soup and salad meal, you can order on the same day you need delivery. There will still be a few items on the menu that require more advance ordering time, but now you can order last minute if you need. All items this month are a la carte instead of packaged as a meal. Hearty Chicken Noodle

Homemade pasta noodles, tender chicken breast and veggies in a rich chicken herb broth.

White Bean and Sausage

This is sometimes called Tuscan Wedding Soup, but whatever you want to call it, it’s delicious. White Beans, Sweet Italian Sausage, Carrots, Potatoes and herbs de Provence in a hearty chicken broth.

Mediterranean Lentil and Rice

Roasted tomato and red pepper, green lentils, basmati rice cooked in vegetable broth. Turkish Aleppo pepper and crushed anise seed add a subtle and unique spice making this an exotic and vegetarian friendly alternative to chili.

December Menu

Tis the Season to be jolly. What could make you jollier than a good meal and a clean kitchen? You can have both this month when you order from Weekday Bistro. Okay, so I’m not going to come over and clean your kitchen, but I can promise that you won’t have to deal with dirty pots and pans at this busy time of year.

Weekday Bistro has been on summer vacation. We took some time off to recharge and seek inspiration. There’s nothing like a break from your normal routine to help you feel revitalized and ready to take on life’s challenges. Hopefully, everyone gets  a chance to take a small break this summer.
